Beware... Grayson electric motor shafts

I have ordered replacement shafts from Grayson Hobby 2 different times.
Each time they sent me the wrong shaft.

Now that don't seem too bad...
But, each purchase took 6-8 business days to get here.
Then another 6-8 business days to get the correct shaft.

You can do the math!

I was flying every day, and was grounded until I got the new shaft.
I think a call instead of the internet would be in order (also make them measure, or verify the item is what it's suppose to before purchase).
